Delete your account
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Most of what we hold about you is removed outright. A few records have to stay, and rather than quietly keeping them, here is exactly what they are and why.
What is deleted

Your account
The account itself is deleted. Signing in again with the same address starts a new, empty one.

Any sign-in links still in your inbox
Sign-in links already sent to you stop working straight away.

Messages you sent us, and any waitlist or notify-me signups
Everything you sent through a form on this site is deleted, along with the IP address and browser details stored beside it.

The confirmation link that did this
The link you just used is deleted with everything else, so there is no leftover record naming you.
What is kept, and why

Your order record is kept, without your email address
What was bought, when, for how much and the payment reference all stay for five years, because UAE tax rules require accounting records to be kept that long. Your email address is removed from them.

Your licence keys keep working, without your email address or computer name
The key and the computer it is locked to are what the plugin checks every time it runs, so removing them would stop software you paid for. Your email address and the name you gave the computer are removed.

What you agreed to at checkout is kept, without your IP address
The sentence you ticked, the date and the amount stay attached to the order as the record of the sale. Your IP address and browser details are removed.

The activation history of a licence key is kept
It records when a key was activated or moved, so the transfer limits can be counted. It is tied to the key, never to your name, and it holds no email address.

Before you do it
- You lose your library. Re-downloading a file you bought, or moving a licence seat to a new computer from this site, both need an account, so download what you want to keep first.
- We will not be able to find your licence by your email address afterwards, so keep your licence keys and your receipt. Support will need them.
- Stripe keeps its own record of the payment under its own rules, and we cannot delete that from here.
- You are signed out here. If you are signed in on another device, that library will simply be empty.
Confirm it is you
We will email a confirmation link to . The link works once and expires in 30 minutes. Nothing is deleted until you open it and press the button there.
Last step, and it cannot be undone
Pressing this deletes the account the link was sent for, right now. Closing this page instead leaves everything exactly as it is.
